1. Please arrive at your scheduled time of service. Those that arrive 15 minutes late risk losing the appointment(s) to accomodate walk-in clients. We will try our best to accomodate those that are late, but we must honor and respect our next scheduled appointments by remaining on time.
2. Parties of 5 or more:
a. Must fill out a party reservation form
b. 24-hour notice of cancellation or change of service(s) is required to avoid charges to the credit card provided (refer to guidelines outlined on the party reservation form)
